Abstract

L'invention concerne un régulateur de force de freinage pour système de freinage hydraulique de cycle à moteur. Ce régulateur comporte dans un boîtier 1 un piston à étages 13 à l'intérieur duquel coulisse un piston de commande 19. Un maître-cylindre 7 commandé au pied agit sur un frein avant 8 et sur un frein arrière 9, tandis qu'un maître-cylindre 10 commandé à la main agit sur un autre frein avant 11. En raison des rapports de surface active du piston 13, la pression du maître-cy indre 7 est transmise amplifiée au frein arrière et une réduction de la pression transmise par le régulateur au frein arrière a lieu lorsqu'on actionne le maître-cylindre 10. L'invention s'applique aux systèmes de freinage hydraulique de cycles à moteur.The invention relates to a brake force regulator for a hydraulic motor cycle brake system. This regulator comprises in a housing 1 a stepped piston 13 inside which slides a control piston 19. A foot-operated master cylinder 7 acts on a front brake 8 and a rear brake 9, while a master cylinder -cylinder 10 controlled by hand acts on another front brake 11. Due to the active area ratios of the piston 13, the pressure of the master cylinder 7 is transmitted amplified to the rear brake and a reduction of the pressure transmitted by the regulator the rear brake takes place when the master cylinder 10 is actuated. The invention applies to hydraulic braking systems for motor cycles.
