Abstract

Matériau en laiton. Il est constitué d'un alliage de cuivre à 61-65 % de préférence 62 % en poids, le reste étant en zinc et il possède une structure où les phases recristallisées alpha et beta 1 se présentent sous forme d'un mélange fin et discret (taille des grains inférieure à 5 mu ), la phase beta 1 représentant au moins 10 % et étant disposée sous forme de particules discrètes dans les limites de grains de la phase alpha .
