Abstract

Valve aérosol conçue pour permettre le remplissage rapide de la bombe aérosol en gaz propulseur liquéfié, tout en autorisant une distribution vaporisée peu abondante. Rien dans cette valve, ne fait obstacle au passage du fluide propulseur. Le corps ne comporte, à l'intérieur, aucune saillie, aspérité ou angle susceptibles de provoquer un freinage ou un remous. Seule, une gorge circulaire sert d'appui au ressort. Le clapet affecte la forme idéale d'une goutte d'eau, ne comportant, lui aussi, que quelques saillies servant d'appui au ressort Enfin, les passages pour l'introduction du fluide propulseur dans le récipient ont une surface de plus en plus grande; 1) le passage dans le guide, 2) le passage existant, en position de remplissage, entre le corps et le clapet, 3) le passage de l'embout tubulaire de la partie inférieure du corps, 4) le tube plongeur. Cette valve permet d'abaisser le coût du conditionnement en diminuant le temps nécessaire au remplissage en gaz propulseur.
