Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif mélangeur comportant au moins un agitateur disperseur présentant un élément susceptible d'être entraîné en rotation sur lui-même et déplacé selon un mouvement planétaire à l'intérieur de la cuve. Selon l'invention, l'élément tournant est constitué par une turbine rotor, cette turbine étant entourée par une cage fixe non rotative, formant stator, continue, associée d'une part à sa partie inférieure à un conduit dont l'extrémité ouverte débouche au voisinage de la partie basse de la cuve, et d'autre part, à sa partie supérieure à un conduit dirigé vers le haut à l'extrémité ouverte de laquelle sont susceptibles d'être adaptés différents tubes de conduit de formes différentes. Application : dispositif mélangeur pour la réalisation de crèmes, pâtes, mélanges divers.
