a. L'invention concerne une installation numérique de télécommunicactions à multiplexage par répartition dans le temps, notamment installation de téléphonie PCM, comportant des dispositifs à champ de couplage, prévus en double b. Dans cette installation comportant des dispositifs à champ de couplage prévus en double KFa, KFb, il est prévu deux dispositifs ATE', ATE" générateurs de cadences de service, qui alimentent les lignes et dont l'un ATE' alimente un dispositif KFa et des lignes de départ GML avec une cadence de service produite par ce dispositif indépendamment du dispositif ATE'' qui alimente le dispositif KFb avec une cadence de service synchronisée en phase avec la cadence de service délivrée par le dispositif ATE'. c. Application notamment aux installations de téléphonie PCM.
