Abstract

a. Procédé permettant la fabrication et la mise en oeuvre de matériaux de bonne résistance mécanique, composés de granulats inertes et d'un liant en résines thermoplastiques auquel a été ajouté un additif. Ce conglomérat s'effectue par malaxage à chaud puis par mise sous pression. b. L'additif permet l'accrochage des résines aux granulats auxquels elles sont ajoutées. L'additif utilisé est de l'alumine dosée à raison de 0,8 à 5 kg/m**3 de granulats, le poids du liant variant entre 80 et 160 kg/m**8 de granulats. Les résines et l'additif sont versés sur les agrégats préchauffés aux environs de 180 degrés C, un mouillage complet est obtenu par malaxage. Le produit, avant refroidissement, peut être soit moulé sous pression, soit épandu et compressé sur un support. c. Le procédé peut être utilis& pour la réalisation d'éléments préfabriqués, pour des travaux d'étanchéité, pour la fabrication de récipients spéciaux, pour les revêtements de sol et routiers.
