Abstract

Agencement permettant d'annuler dans la sortie du récepteur le bruit de modulation d'amplitude produit par l'émetteur d'un radar à onde entretenue. Agencement dans lequel une paire fixe de bandes latérales modulées en amplitude est ajoutée aux lignes spectrales de l'onde entretenue; un échantillon démodulé du bruit global de modulation d'amplitude produit par la source est comparé à un échantillon démodulé des produits de fréquences de mélange de l'onde entretenue transmise et des signaux d'écho résultants; et un signal d'erreur engendré par la comparaison est utilisé pour rendre égale la contribution de ladite paire fixe dans l'échantillon démodulé du bruit global à la contribution de ladite paire -fixe dans l'échantillon démodulé des produits de fréquences de mélange. Agencement applicable aux systèmes de radar à onde entretenue modulée en fréquence utilisés comme altimètre.
