Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions pour stérilisation. La forme solide correspondant à une dose unitaire comprend : a. un iosophore solide, et b. un réducteur aldéhydique organique solide, les composés a et b étant tels que, lors de sa dissolution dans l'eau, la forme solide correspondant à une dose unitaire donne une solution aqueuse d'iodophore contenant une quantité suffisante de réducteur aldéhydique organique pour réduire la teneur en iode libre de la solution sensiblement à zéro en une période de temps comprise entre 15 minutes et 8 heures à température ambiante. Cette forme est utilisée pour la stérilisation de lentilles de contact souples.
