Abstract
Composition aqueuse de magnésie utilisée dans la fabrication de revêtements électriquement isolants sur de l'acier au silicium. On stabilise la viscosité et accroît la concentration d'une suspension aqueuse de magnésie, dans laquelle la magnésie possède une activité vis-à-vis de l'acide citrique inférieure à 200 secondes. Des concentrations en magnésie de 0,1 à 0,24 gramme par millitre de suspension aqueuse sont stabilisées par addition de 0,5 % à 25 % en poids d'un composé contenant un phosphate décomposable, calculé en P2 O5 , par rapport au poids sec de magnésie. Les phosphates préférés sont le monohydrate de phosphate monocalcique, le polyphosphate d'ammonium soluble dans l'eau, le phosphate de calcium dibasique et le phosphate de calcium tribasique. Applications aux compositions de magnésie séparatrices de recuit pour l'acier au silicium.
