Abstract

Convoyeur à trolleys comportant des trolleys se déplaçant sur des rails et munis d'attaches pour les objets à convoyer, les trolleys étant mus des poussoirs portés par des chaînes mobiles. Il est constitué par des modules raccordables de différents types, rectilignes, courbes verticaux, courbes horizontaux avec ou sans aiguillages télécommandes. Le raccordement des modules de chaîne comporte une liaison par pignons dentés assurant le synchronisme du mouvement des chaînes. Chaque module comporte un emplacement pour moteur asynchrone d'entraînement de la chaîne ce qui supprime les jeux qui risquent de se produire dans un circuit complexe. Application aux systèmes complexes de manutention et de tri.
