Abstract

A fault current protective switch is used which has a test push button to close a test current circuit. The cutout of the fault current protection circuit will be supplied thereby with a simulated fault current. There is a push botton in the switch housing acting as the probe which has a link forming a contact lever for the test current circuit. The counter contact of the switch for the test current circuit is formed by a part (11) of the latch of the switch of the fault current protective switch. It comes into effect when the latch of the switch is tripped from the active position of a link (6a) of a pronged spring (6).
