Abstract

Gels aqueux activés résultant de la réaction d'un composé bi-ou polyfonctionnel avec un gel aqueux d'un copolymère statistique réticulé tridimensionnel, insoluble dans l'eau, contenant sous forme copolymérisée : a. 25 % à 98 % en poids de N-Øtris(hydroxyméthyl)méthylõ acrylamide ou de N-Øtris(hydroxyméthyl)méthylõméthacrylamide, ou d'un mélange de ces deux composés; b. 2% à 50% en poids d'un ou plusieurs monomères possédant plusieurs doubles liaisons éthyléniques polymérisables et un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxy, et exempts de groupe NH2 ou COOH; c. 0 % à 50 % en poids d'un ou plusieurs monomères possédant une double liaison éthylénique polymérisable et un ou plusieurs groupes amino ou carboxylique. Ces gels aqueux activés sont utilisables dans les techniques d'immobilisation des substances naturelles.
