Abstract

L'invention est relative à un parafoudre comportant au moins un bloc qui présente un élément d'éclateurs branchés en série avec un élement de résistances de décharge constitué d'un matériau semi-conducteur dont la conductibilité dépend de la tension avec une caractéristique exponentielle minimale de 10. Le parafoudre est caractérisé par le fait qu'un premier élément de résistance linéaire ou dépendant de la tension est branché en parallèle avec l'élément eclateur et qu'un deuxième élément de résistances linéaires ou dépendant de la tension est branché en parallèle à l'élément de résistance de décharge, et les deux éléments de résistance dépendant de la tension possèdent une caractéristique exponentielle comprise entre 1 et 7. L'invention s'applique à la protection des installations à haute tension.
