Abstract

Le système de commande de position pour machine de soudage proposé par l'invention comprend une sonde montée sur la tête de soudage de façon à osciller devant elle. Un capteur monté sur cette sonde est relié à un système de commande qui produit des signaux représentant les coordonnées de points de la ligne médiane de la trajectoire et un signal proportionnel à la distance de deux plaques aboutées à souder et commande la direction et la vitesse de déplacement de la tête de soudage le long de la ligne médiane du joint ainsi que sa rotation pour qu'elle reste convenablement placée par rapport au joint à souder.
