Abstract

Cisaille destinée à couper des arbres sans les écraser. Elle comporte deux laines 50 et 52 qui comprennent chacune un tranchant droit 56 ou 56a prolongé par un tranchant courbe 58 ou 58a et qui peuvent pivoter l'une vers l'autre sous la commande d'un vérin 76. Lors d'une opération de coupe, les tranchants courbes attaquent les premiers, suivis par les tranchants droits, de manière à ne pas écraser les fibres de bois. Domaine d'application : coupe des arbres (voir figure 8).
