Abstract

Procédé d'application d'une couche de protection en surface renfermant de l'huile sur de la tôle très fine pour des applications d'emballage, caractérisé en ce que la tôle très fine sous la forme de bande est enduite électrostatiquement à une vitesse de bande allant jusqu'à 600 m/min avec un mélange de 1 à 2 parties d'un ester d'acide sébacique, d'acide azélaïque ou d'acide citrique et de 1 partie d'un acide monobasique à poids moléculaire élevé de formule générale : CH3 (CH2 )n CON(CH3 )CH2 COOH en une épaisseur de couche de 1 à 10 mg/m**2 de surface de tôle.
