Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on confère à la veine d'écoulement v une largeur e comprise entre 1/8**e et 1/12**e de sa longueur d'impact sur ladite plaque, en ce qu'on réalise une mesure statique des composantes Fh et Fv de la force d'impact appliquée à la plaque 6, puis en ce qu'on influence, par l'addition des mesures, un capteur à jauge de contrainte. Application au pesage de produits pulvérulents ou granuleux s'écoulant en vrac.
