Abstract

Procédé de destruction thermique de produits polluants liquides ou en suspension dans un liquide. Ce procédé consiste à pulvériser lesdits produits dans la flamme d'un brûleur d'un foyer porté à une température suffisante pour provoquer la combustion ou la dissociation des composants de ces produits. La pulvérisation du polluant est faite sous pression au moyen d'un gicleur sous une pression de 7 à 30 bars placé axialement à un brûleur à coupelle rotative. Ce procédé permet de détruire des mélanges notamment aqueux d'hydrocarbures.
