Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un béton ou d'un mortier à partir de ciments, éventuellement à durcissement rapide, et d'agrégats auxquels on a ajouté un retardateur de solidification. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on prépare d'abord un prémélange de béton ou de mortier (béton prémix) en mélangeant les agrégats à l'état humide, en particulier à leur humidité propre (humidité de la terre), en particulier à des humidités allant jusqu'à 8 % au maximum, de préférence jusqu'à 5 % au maximum, avec au moins un retardateur de solidification et le cas échéant des fluidifiants pour béton et/ou des entraîneurs d'air et/ou d'autres additifs chimiques, et avec le ciment, éventuellement à durcissement rapide, en ce qu'on homogénéise, le cas échéant sur une voie de transport, et en ce qu'après écoulement du délai choisi ou nécessaire, on ajoute la quantité d'eau de gâchage souhaitée pour la mise en place.
