Abstract

a. Procédé de contrôle magnétique et appareil pour sa mise en oeuvre. b. Il consiste à introduire un dispositif de détection, comportant un élément sensible au magnétisme, dans un tuyau tournant, le long de la surface interne de celui-ci; et à déplacer un dispositif d'excitation, comportant des aimants d'excitation, le long de la surface externe du tuyau, le dispositif de détection et le dispositif d'excitation se déplaçant ensemble en synchronisme le long dudit tuyau. c. Application : contrôle de la fabrication de tuyaux en acier.
