Abstract

Les étapes de la fabrication d'enrobés à l'aide d'émulsions anioniques de liants plastiques et hydrauliques consistent à faire passer ces émulsions du doniaine alcalin au domaine acide pour pouvoir mieux incorporer les liants hydrauliques. Les moyens pour y parvenir, décrits au brevet principal et de sa première addition, consistent d'abord en une stabilisation alcaline suffisante pour que l'émulsion puisse supporter le choc du passage du domaine alcalin au domaine acide. Parmi ces produits stabilisants se trouvent notamment la formaline et les hypochlorites. Il a été trouvé que ces produits suffisent, dans le domaine alcalin, à produire des enrobés, notamment bitumineux, d'un type nouveau, universellement applicables, sans fluxant, à toutes les formulations granulométriques, à l'exception de l'introduction de liants hydrauliques, mais sans limitation du taux de fines neutres.
