Abstract

Dispositif à ultrasons pour souder les matières plastiques. L'émetteur d'ultrasons 6 est fixé au piston 7 d'un vérin dont le Cylindre 2 est alimenté en air comprimé par l'ouverture 33. L'air de refroidissement arrive par l'ouverture 29 ménagée dans le piston 7, passe dans l'intervalle 32 entre le piston et un cylindre de protection isolant 15 et traverse le transducteur 25 pour être évacué par les orifices 28. Le transducteur est alimenté en courant par l'intermédiaire d'un conducteur 30, d'une bague 11 et d'un conducteur 13. Le mouvement du piston est limité par une butée réglable 22. Appareils de soudure ne nécessitant pas de ventilateurs, le refroidissement se faisant à l'air comprimé, et sur lesquels la mise en place de l'émetteur est facilitée par l'absence de conducteurs indépendants.
