Abstract
L'invention concerne des matières pour contacts électriques en alliage d'Ag-SnO intégré. On prépare des matières pour contacts en alliage d'Ag-SnO par intégration métallurgique d'éléments d'un tel alliage, ces éléments ayant des dimensions telles qu'ils soient faciles à soumettre à une oxydation interne; l'intégration consiste à réunir ou à assembler ces éléments sous pression, à une température supérieure à 700 oC, en effectuant où non ultérieurement un laminage à chaud ou une extrusion à chaud. L'invention s'applique en particulier à des matières pour contacts en alliage d'Ag-SnO ayant des dimensions telles qu'il est difficile d'en effectuer l'oxydation interne.The invention relates to integrated Ag-SnO alloy electrical contact materials. Ag-SnO alloy contact materials are prepared by metallurgical integration of elements of such an alloy, these elements having dimensions such that they are easy to subject to internal oxidation; the integration consists in bringing together or assembling these elements under pressure, at a temperature above 700 oC, by carrying out, or not subsequently, a hot rolling or a hot extrusion. The invention applies in particular to contact materials made of an Ag-SnO alloy having dimensions such that it is difficult to carry out internal oxidation.
