Abstract
L'invention concerne la détection automatique de la croissance de micro-organismes dans un milieu. Pour détecter la croissance éventuelle de micro-organismes dans des échantillons S1 , S 2 ... Sn , on fait circuler successivement un courant dans chaque échantillon à l'aide d'un multiplexeur 13, on détecte la tension aux bornes de chaque échantillon, et on la compare dans un comparateur 21 avec une tension de référence. En cas d'écart par rapport à la tension de référence, on modifie le courant qui traverse chaque échantillon pour rétablir l'équilibre. Le réglage nécessaire au rétablissement de l'équilibre sert de base à la détection d'une activité métabolique dans chaque échantillon. Application aux analyses médicales.
