Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour l'établissement d'un bilan énergétique pour un milieu soumis à des échanges calorifiques. Ce procédé consiste à mesurer en continu la température dudit milieu, à utiliser le résultat de cette mesure pour produire un signal alternatif ou impulsionnaire de fréquence représentative de ladite température et à effectuer le comptage des alternances ou des impulsions dudit signal. L'invention s'applique au comptage de l'énergie dispensée pour le chauffage des pièces d'un appartement.
