Abstract

L'appareil comprend un châssis sur lequel est montée une série de roues équilibrées et tournant librement sur un axe. Dans le corps de ces roues sont disposés 4 tubes demi-sphériques contenant un liquide dense. Le liquide peut ainsi être excentré rapidement et recentré très lentement.
