Abstract

Amplificateur à courant continu, notamment pour courant de très faible intensité. Cet amplificateur est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte comme étage d'entrée un premier et un second transistor bipolaire monté en cascode, ledit étage comprenant un circuit de polarisation propre à maintenir, au moins dans une certaine plage de températures, les potentiels de la base et du collecteur dudit premier transistor très voisins, et peut comprendre en outre un circuit de protection de la jonction base-émetteur dudit premier transistor. Principales applications : dispositifs de détection de flamme.
