Abstract
Procédé de production d'oléfines légères et d'hydrocarbures aromatiques monocycliques à partir d'un produit de craquage thermique. On soumet le produit à un hydrotraitement en présence d'un catalyseur comprenant au moins du tungstène ou du molybdène et au moins du nickel ou du cobalt, catalyseur qui a été activé avec au moins 0,5 % en poids de fluor, de chlore ou de ces deux halogènes, cet hydrotraitement ayant pour but d'accroître les rendements en oléfines légères et en aromatiques mononucléaires dans une opération ultérieure de craquage thermique, puis on soumet le produit hydrogéné à un craquage thermique. L'activation du catalyseur augmente les rendements en oléfines légères et en aromatiques mononucléaires dans l'opération de craquage thermique.
