Abstract

La présente invention concerne essentiellement un procédé et Un dispositif de fabrication de radiateurs par assemblage d'éléments tubulaires. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend essentiellement une membrane déformable 1 en forme de doigt de gant raccordée à une source de fluide haute pression et montée sur un mandrin 2 insérable dans un tube 3, ainsi que deux matrices 4 portant des empreintes 6 de façon à réaliser sur le tube 3 des bossages 3a par injection du fluide dans la membrane, ce après quoi on soude les tubes au niveau des bossages 3a. Le dispositif de l'invention permet de réaliser rapidement des bossages sur des tubes de section quelconque afin de les souder directement par ces bossages sur d'autres tubes formant collecteurs afin de réaliser des radiateurs de formes diverses.
