Abstract

Perfectionnement au fixateur squelettique externe utilisé en orthopédie et en traumatologie dont les caractéristiques permettent un alignement micrométrique progressif et contrôlé des extrémités fracturaires, après une mise en place préalable approximative habituelle. Ce perfectionnement consiste à diriger les fragments fracturaires solidaires des plaquettes de maintien des fiches, par rapport aux tiges de liaison par l'intermédiaire d'un systeme d'articulation contrôlée. Cette articulation est solidarisée aux plaquettes par un système de réglage par vis micrométriques, assurant ainsi le réglage positionnel de l'ensemble du montage qui est blocable après l'alignement du foyer de fracture.
