Abstract

L'invention concerne des tubes cathodiques à mémoire bistable et vision directe où l'on affiche à la fois une information stockée et une information directement inscrite. Ces tubes se caractérisent en ce que la cible 16 comprend un mélange de phosphores 64, 66 dans lequel un premier phosphore 64 présente de la mémoire tandis que le deuxième phosphore 66 émet une couleur différente et a un rendement lumineux inférieur sous un bombardement par des électrons à faible énergie. Application : terminaux à graphiques.
