Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication d'antibiotique par voie microbiologique. Selon le procédé la fermentation est conduite en présence d'une atmosphère suroxygénée introduite de manière à maintenir la teneur en oxygène dissous à une valeur au moins égale à 0,30 p.p.m. Le procédé est applicable au groupe des tétracyclines parmi lesquelles : tétracycline, oxytétracycline, chlortétracyclines.
