Abstract

Cellular mortar (or other material) is made from classical materials by blowing air (or gas) under pressure into the material in a pre-determined amount, into the material while stirring the mixt. in an atmos. under pressure. The rate of expansion of the cement is increased, so that the rate of working can be increased. The amount of air in the concrete can be made much more consistent than in prior art. The surface exhibits no burst bubbles after setting.
