Abstract

Percolateur comportant un réservoir d'eau fraîche, un chauffe-eau instantané disposé sous ce réservoir d'eau fraîche et muni, du côté sortie, d'une valve à fermeture totale actionnée par une sonde pyrométrique, un filtre placé sous le chauffe-eau instantané et un récipient installé en dessous du filtre. La valve 16 du coté sortie du chauffe-eau instantané 6 est une valve à commande thermique sans pression s'ouvrant dans le sens de la sortie de l'eau et, du côté entrée du chauffe-eau instantané, est installée une autre valve 11 réalisée sous la forme d'un clapet anti-retour et s'ouvrant en cas de présence d'eau dans le réservoir d'eau fraîche 4.
