Abstract
a. Dispositif à actions multiples permettant de capter la force des vents avec un maximum de rendement. b. Le dispositif comporte un cadre 1 et son axe 2 de rotation, le cadre étant muni à ses extrémités de deux aubes 3 et 4 mobiles avec environ 80 degrés de liberté sensiblement à partir de l'axe du cadre vers l'extérieur dudit cadre Les aubes sont munies d'un dispositif de rotation intégré à un dispositif d'amortissement élastique antagoniste au deux maximum de leur débattement. La forme des aubes est aérodynamiquement incurvée suivant la circonférence décrite par les pivots 5 des aubes aux extrémités du cadre. La longueur des aubes est plus grande que la moitié du cadre de façon à agir comme levier amplificateur lors de la remontée au vent; de plus l'action du vent suivant la configuration des aubes agit soit sur l'intrados desdites aubes qui peuvent elles-mêmes être munies de contrepoids d'équilibrage de forme aérodynamique. c. L'invention peut être utilisée pour capter l'énergie du vent pour des fonctions telles que l'entraînement de pompes de chaleur à des fins de chauffage, le relevage d'eau,la production d'électricité, etc.. sans limitation d'aucune sorte.
