Abstract

Système de calage rapide par coussins gonflables, fixes ou amovibles qui concerne d'une manière générale tous les produits ou matériels à transporter à l'intérieur de caisses, emballages divers, containers, cabines de remorques et camions, soutes des avions de transport et navires, etc. La figure n degrés 1, montre un container équipé de coussins non gonflés a, la figure n degrés 2, représente des caisses-palettes calées à l'intérieur du même container, un compresseur b ayant gonflé les coussins qui rapidement ont bien calés l'ensemble de la marchandises, la figure n degrés 3, représente un container semblable mais avec des caisses dont le calage nécessite un coussin supplémentaire c qui complète l'emplacement resté vide, les figures n**os 4 et 5, montrent l'avantage du chargement suspendu rendant possible une circulation d'air f pour les marchandises à réfrigérer, par exemple les viandes v. Ce dernier principe permet aussi un gain de temps dans le chargement et le container, les rails r fixés au plafond de la caisse ou du container, permettant une manutention à distance par un système électromécanique qui augmenterait d'autant la qualité sanitaire pour ce genre de produit à transporter.
