Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet le procédé de préparation de carton ondulé, de type mono-ou multi-ondulation. Elle est caractérisée en ce que l'on : - prépare des feuilles de plates, renfermant 10 à 90 % en poids de fibres de cellulose et 90 à 10 % de fibrilles obtenues à partir d'un ou plusieurs polymères thermoplastiques; - chauffe lesdites feuilles de papier sous pression et à une température égale ou supérieure au point de fusion du polymère ; - prépare des feuilles ondulées à partir des feuilles planes obtenues, puis - associe les feuilles planes obtenues aux feuilles ondulées en les alternant et simultanément, on les soude ou les fixe les unes aux autres aux endroits correspondants au sommet des ondulations à l'aide de colle ou par fusion du ou des copymères synthétiques. Elle a pour objet de tels produits.
