Abstract

L'invention concerne les valves de lumière à cristaux liquides. Elle se rapporte à une structure à semi-conducteur qui a au moins une couche semi-conductrice totalement appauvrie en porteurs mobiles et qui est utilisée pour le déplacement d'un signal ondulé spatialement et représenté par des porteurs de charges, avec une résolution spatiale inférieure à l'épaisseur de cette couche. Application à la réalisation de circuits d'introduction d'images aux dispositifs d'affichage à cristaux liquides.
