Abstract
TheThe walking stick, which can be converted into a seat, consists of two articulated legs (1, 2) which form cross bars to support the seat when open. The legs are semi-circular in section and the flat faces (1a, 2a) fit together, in the closed position, to form a cylindrical rod. At the top of each leg there is a horizontal bar (4, 5), also semi-circular in section, on which the fabric (7) of the seat is fitted. At the base of each leg there are articulated feet (16, 18) which can fold up to form an extension of the stick or can open into feet to support the seat.
