Abstract

L'invention concerne un manchon d'accouplement en métal pouvant être fixé par emboutissage à un tube hydrauliquement déformé. Selon l'invention le manchon comprend un corps annulaire ayant une surface interne cylindrique 62 interrompue par des gorges 64, 66 vers l'extérieur, et qui sont définies sur leurs côtés par des surfaces annulaires avant et arrière d'aboutement 72, 74 perpendiculaires à l'axe longitudinal du manchon, un fond 70 placé centralement sur la gorge et concentrique avec la surface 62, et des surfaces coniques 78, 84 en pente vers l'arrière à partir du fond 70 jusqu'aux surfaces 72, 74, ainsi un renflement arqué 80, 82 sur le tube 68, formé par une pression hydraulique d'emboutissage pénètre dans la gorge jusqu'à ce que sa crête contacte le fond de la gorge sans contacter ses surfaces en pente. L'invention s'applique notamment aux systèmes hydrauliques pour l'aéronautique.
