Abstract

Dispositif permettant de solidariser temporairement un élément circulaire libre en retard d'un élément circulaire fixe. Il comprend : des segments à rampes 3' susceptibles de se mettre en appui de coincement sur une couronne rigide il portant des moyens d'appui locaux 10 et des moyens élastiques de rappel 6, 7, 9 de façon que si l'on sollicite la couronne rigide 11 dans un sens b vers a on provoque le verrouillage de l'élément libre et, en sens inverse a vers b, le déverrouillage dudit élément libre. L'invention peut être utilisée pour assurer le verrouillage et/ou déverrouillage du rotor d'une roue d'inertie de satellite, en période de préparation de lancement de ce dernier.
