Abstract

Le câble optique selon l'invention comprend, un tube 2 en polyéthylène dans lequel sont logées avec du jeu quatre fibres optiques 1. Le tube 2 est entouré par une barrière 3 de protection contre l'humidité, constituée par un ruban d'aluminium 4 revêtu de couches 5 et 6 de matière plastique. Une gaine protectrice 7 entoure l'ensemble et dans cette gaine sont noyés de longs éléments de renforcement 8.
