Les montants d'un chariot de four selon l'invention sont constitués de briques réfractaires profilées 2, 8 et 18 qui ont des formes complémentaires et sont seulement tenues ensemble par emboîtement mutuel (donc sans mortier ou autre liant). Les briques superposées forment en même temps des rentrants 24 dans lesquels sont glissées et tenues les tablettes 22 suportant les articles à cuire.
