Abstract

L'invention concerne un composite aggloméré de cellulose échangeuse d'ions fibreuse. La cellulose est ennoyée dans un polymère hydrophobe et des portions relativement importantes de la cellulose sont libres d'adsorber des macromolécules chargées, par exemple des enzymes. De préférence, le polymère hydrophobe et le polystyrène et la cellulose ont des propriétés d'échange d'anions. Application particulière à l'adsorption et l'immobilisation d'enzymes, en particulier de la glucose-isomérase.
