Abstract
La présence invention concerne un procédé de préparation de granulés à partir de pâte de grains. Selon ce procédé, on extrude sous forme de rubans de la pâte de teneur moyenne en eau d'environ 20 à 30 % en poids de matière mouillée, dans une chambre maintenue sous un vide inférieur à quelques mmHg, les rubans de pâte extrudée étant soumis au vide, l'eau qu'ils contiennent s'évaporant immédiatement et ces rubans se refroidissant immédiatement par ladite évaporation sous vide dans une mesure telle que lesdits rubans peuvent durcir et conserver leurs formes sans adhérer les uns aux autres et on transforme lesdits rubans en granulés. Pour obtenir une distribution uniforme de l'eau contenue dans la pâte, on soumet celle-ci, avant l'extrusion, à un cisaillement à vitesse élevée et on mélange.The present invention relates to a process for preparing granules from grain paste.
