Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de tomographie pour réaliser des tomographies transversales. Dans cet appareil de tomographie comportant un tube 5 à rayons X émettant un faisceau 3 de rayons X traversant un corps humain 1 et tombant sur un récepteur de rayonnement 8, ce dernier est constitué par deux rangées de détecteurs 9, 10 parallèles entre elles et disposées côte à côte, les détecteurs de la rangée 9 recouvrant les détecteurs de la rangée 10 sur environ la moitié de leur largeur, cependant qu'est prévu un dispositif de commande 8b permettant la commande du récepteur 8 pour la détection du faisceau 3 de rayons X par l'une ou l'autre des rangées de détecteurs. Application notamment aux appareils de radiodiagnostic.
