Abstract

Cette vanne se distingue en ce qu'elle comprend un disque déformé en cône, ce disque conique présentant une surface supérieure A circulaire de diamètre D' et une surface inférieure B circulaire de diamètre D légèrement supérieur à D', chacune des sections transversales de ce disque, parallèles à la surface supérieure et à la surface inférieure, ayant la forme d'un cercle dont le diamètre est compris entre D et D', D' ayant une valeur d'environ 99/100 de D, et un axe passant par la surface circulaire supérieure et par la surface circulaire inférieure et faisant un angle alpha compris entre environ 20 et 40 degrés , avec une ligne perpendiculaire à la surface supérieure et à la surface inférieure du disque, ledit siège de forme annulaire ayant un diamètre intérieur sensiblement égal à la moyenne de D et D'.
