Abstract

L'invention concerne des composés chimiques nouveaux. On prépare des dérivés hydrate de carbone de la substance antibiotique milbémycine, appelée aussi B-41, et de 13-hydroxy milbémycine. Les groupes hydrate de carbone sont fixés sur les groupes hydroxy introduits par synthèse à la position 13. Les réactions peuvent être conduites sélectivement de manière que plus d'un groupe hydrate de carbone puisse être fixé à une même position ou que des groupes hydrate de carbone multiples puissent être fixés à des positions différentes sur la molécule. Les dérivés hydrate de carbone décrits ont une activité antiparasitaire.The invention relates to novel chemical compounds. Carbohydrate derivatives of the antibiotic substance milbemycin, also called B-41, and 13-hydroxy milbemycin are prepared. Carbohydrate groups are attached to the hydroxy groups introduced synthetically at position 13. Reactions can be carried out selectively so that more than one carbohydrate group can be attached at a same position or more carbohydrate groups multiple can be attached to different positions on the molecule. The described carbohydrate derivatives have antiparasitic activity.
