Abstract

Produit consistant en un véhicule pour composition de revêtement en conteneur unique. Il est essentiellement composé d'un polysilicate d'alkyle hydrolysé ayant un degré d'hydrolyse de 50 à 65 %, dun solvant organique et de 3 à 5,5 % en poids de chlorure de zinc, par rapport au poids total de l'hydrolysat, ledit hydrolysat étant obtenu par hydrolyse du polysilicate d'alkyle contenant environ 40 % de SiO2 en présence d'un solvant organique, et d'eau à raison d'environ 0,08 à environ 0,21 mole par mole d'alcoxy présent sur le polysilicate d'alkyle, à un pH de 1,0 à 6,5. Application à la réalisation de revêtements améliorés, notamment sur des substrats métalliques.
