Abstract

Ce dispositif comprend un châssis, une paire de lames montées de façon à pouvoir pivoter sur ce châssis, une charnière d'actionnement de ces lames présentant deux ailes dont les bords inférieurs sont articulés à rotation respectivement sur les bords supérieurs des deux lames, une tige de commande sur laquelle sont articulés à rotation les bords supérieurs de cette charnière et qu'est montée mobile sur le châssis, de sorte que son mouvement par rapport à celui-ci provoque un déplacement des bords supérieurs des lames par l'intermédiaire du mouvement de la charnière, ces lames étant montées sur le châssis de façon à pouvoir basculer en se rapprochant et en s'éloignant l'une de l'autre, du fait du déplacement de leurs bords supérieurs et un élément élastique disposé de manière à entourer les lampes à proximité de leurs bords inférieurs de façon à pouvoir se dégager de celles-ci lorsqu'elles basculent de manière à rapprocher ces bords inférieurs l'un de l'autre, ce qui referme l'enveloppe qui est placée entre ces lames.
